The use of Copilot4Odoo modules is at your own risk. Do IT Now srl cannot be held responsible for:

• Any data loss resulting from the installation or use of the modules

• Any malfunction of your Odoo system

• Any service interruption or loss of business

• Any direct or indirect damage caused by the use of our modules

It is strongly recommended to:

• Perform a complete backup of your database before installation

• Test the modules on a development environment

• Consult the technical documentation before use

Copilot4Odoo modules are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.

Do IT Now srl disclaims all responsibility regarding:

• Compatibility with your version of Odoo

• Conflicts with other third-party modules

• The accuracy of AI-generated analyses and recommendations

• The availability of third-party artificial intelligence services

In accordance with GDPR, we are committed to:

• Not storing your data on our servers

• Encrypting communications with AI services

• Allowing you to control the use of your data

• Respecting your right to portability and erasure

Data processed by AI remains under your control and is only transmitted to third-party services with your explicit consent.

Copilot4Odoo modules are protected by copyright.

You have a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use.

Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited.

Copilot4Odoo trademarks and logos are the property of Do IT Now srl.

Technical support is provided as far as possible.

No service level agreement (SLA) is guaranteed.

Updates are provided at our discretion.

This legal notice is governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Belgian courts.

In case of nullity of a clause, the other provisions remain applicable.
